The current study examined the role of health management in developing the service provided to care for patients according to international health standards. Medical management works to simplify daily operations within hospitals and health centers to ensure the smooth flow of patients and services. These operations include managing work schedules, distributing human resources, and ensuring the availability of medical tools and equipment. This helps reduce waiting times and improve the patient experience, which contributes to raising the efficiency of all health services provided.
