The right of passage is one of the other rights to property stipulated in Article 254 of the Civil Code 2015. However, when applied in practice, this provision still has some limitations and shortcomings that need to be further studied to improve the law. This article studies the legal provisions and adjudication practices related to the right of passage under Vietnamese civil law. On that basis, the article points out the limitations and shortcomings and makes recommendations to improve the provisions on the right of passage in Vietnamese civil law.
