When reclaiming lost livestock, the owner of the livestock is obliged to pay the fee for herding the livestock to the person who caught the lost livestock or the person who is possessing the livestock without legal basis but in good faith. In this article, the author clarifies the limitations and inadequacies in the legal regulations related to determining cattle herding wages when the owner sues to reclaim lost cattle, and at the same time make recommendations to improve the law.
