The AMS aims to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve member satisfaction through self-service capabilities and targeted communication. The system caters to various user roles, including administrators, members, and event planners. The document elaborates on functional and non-functional requirements, system interfaces, and additional considerations such as security, reliability, performance, and maintainability. It emphasizes the importance of user research.
