The study aimed to identify the level of practicing forward-looking leadership among academic leaders at Taif University from the perspective of faculty members. The study sample consisted of (181) faculty members, who were selected by a random stratified method. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive survey method, by developing a questionnaire for this purpose consisting of (38) paragraphs distributed over (four) areas. The results showed that the level of practicing forward-looking leadership among academic leaders at Taif University from the perspective of faculty members was highly rated, with no statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of gender, academic rank, or experience).
