The study aimed to identify the information technology course in private hospitals in general and the Al-Shifa Specialized Medical Complex in the city of Ibb in the Republic of Yemen in particular, and to know the role and influence of information technology on making, making and implementing administrative decisions in the Al-Shifa Specialized Medical Complex. Moreover, heads of departments, doctors, nurses and surgeons, the sample of the study was the Al-Shifa Specialized Medical Complex in the city of Ibb in the Republic of Yemen. The questionnaire tool was used to reach the answer, and then the descriptive approach was used in the analysis, hypothesis testing and recommendations to a set of results that summarized that the Al-Shifa Medical Specialist Complex In the Republic of Yemen, there is information technology and it facilitates the use of information technology in making, taking and implementing administrative decisions in the medical complex.

 This study adds to the literature by providing an understanding of the importance of the information technology cycle in private hospitals in the modern era in the speed of completion of work, transactions and communication between the various medical departments and departments in the modern specialized medical complex because the modern era is the age of technology, speed and technology, which has no information and technology that has no market, as well as Information technology in private hospitals contributes to drawing human, financial and material resources policies, rationalizing decisions related to training and development, evaluating the performance of employees, doctors, nurses and surgeons, in addition to providing information in all details about the Al-Shifa Specialized Medical Complex and the surrounding community. Al-Shifa Specialized Medical Complex in the city of Ibb in the Republic of Yemen in using information technology, saving time, effort and cost through the optimal use of information technology and its positive and good repercussions on making, making and implementing administrative decisions in Al-Shifa Specialized Medical Complex.
