God created this world and inhabited it with man. Man was not primary creature of God.  Man was bestowed with knowledge by Him. As a result, man became Crown of the Creature  and they got duties and rights. Islam teach every  person to their Rights and Duties. Islam is first religion which introduce first time the rights of disable persons. Good behavior with disable persons is the basic law of disability in Islam. This behavior is not result of mercy and pity but it is the result of that rights which they got equal to the life of common people which is due to the nation and community. 

We  should  Treated with disable persons with great respect and care. we should give preference and extra protocol while interacting with these special persons in comparison with physically normal human beings.

Islam does not appeal for mercy with disable persons but it advised to all human  to behave well with them and condemns also the injustice of society with them.
